Sri M. Ramalingeswara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 28.03.2016 to the Registry stating that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
