HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28638 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.4, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondent Nos.5 to 10, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report from which it is clear that FIR No.164 of 2017 was registered on 28.08.2017 on the file of Kavali I Town Police Station, SPSR Nellore District against unofficial respondents for offences under Sections 352, 341 and 506 read with 34 IPC. Since the complaint has now been registered, respondent No.4 shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
