THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5183 OF 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file appropriate application under Section 205 Cr.P.C before the Competent Court.

Permission is accorded as sought for.

Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for and the Court concerned is directed to dispose of such application filed by the petitioner within a week from the date of filing, in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
