This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed challenging the order, dated 30.11.2012, passed in E.A.No.179 of 2011 in E.P.No.47 of 2007 in O.S.No.205 of 2004 by the Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda, whereunder the petition filed under Order XXI Rule 59 and Section 151 CPC and Section 29 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, to stay the sale of E.P. Schedule property and all the proceedings in the E.P., till the disposal of I.P.No.9 of 2011 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through ecourts website, the main suit was disposed of on 25.04.2016 by the Court below, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
