THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8456 of 2009 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the present writ petition Government disposed of the revision, dated 10-03-2008 filed by the petitioner vide Order No.605 of 2010, dated 28-12-2010 and a copy of the same is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel further requested that the petitioner herein may be permitted to question the above order of the Government in the revision. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, with a liberty to the petitioner to question the revisional order, dated 28-12-2010 passed by the Government, if so aggrieved.
