HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.17515 of 2003 ORDER :
When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. The counsel appearing for respondent No.3 has submitted that the petitioner is challenging the termination order dated 04.08.2003 issued by respondent No.3, but subsequently, respondent No.3 had withdrawn the said termination orders dated 04.08.2003, vide proceedings dated 23.09.2003, and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition will not survive. 2.
This Court, having considered the said submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.3, is of the view that as the termination orders issued by respondent No.3 were withdrawn vide proceedings dated 23.09.2003, the cause in the writ petition will not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
