The grievance of the petitioners is that their case was not considered for promotion. They submitted that they have made representations dated 27.07.2019 & 03.08.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Since the grievance in the writ petition is limited to consider the representations of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 27.07.2019 & 03.08.2019 and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
