THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5943 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.4 under Sections 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking to relax the conditions imposed upon him vide order, dated 16.04.2015, passed in Crl.M.P. No.1319 of 2015 in Crime No.106 of 2015 on the file of the Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad. Heard and perused the material available on record. While granting bail to the petitioner vide order, dated 16.04.2015, in Crl.M.P. No.1319 of 2015, the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, imposed condition on the petitioner that he shall attend before S.H.O., Langer House on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., until further orders. With a prayer to relax the said condition, the present petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that from the date of the impugned order, petitioner is complying with the said condition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed against the petitioner by the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, vide order, dated 16.04.2015, in Crl.M.P. No.1319 of 2015, that the petitioner shall attend before the S.H.O., Langer House, on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., is hereby relaxed.
