Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
The petitioner's husband was a fair price shop dealer of shop No.236 at Gopannapalli Thanda, Nalagandla Village, Serilingampally Mandal in Ranga Reddy District. After his death, the petitioner was appointed as the fair price shop dealer of the aforesaid shop. The authorisation of the petitioner is valid up to 31.03.2017. While so, an inspection of the shop was conducted by the civil supplies officials on 01.06.2015 and they found that one Sri S.Srinivas Reddy was conducting the business unauthorisedly. The panchanama was conducted on the same day, but respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not permitting the petitioner to lift the essential commodities. In the circumstances, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition for release of essential commodities. Learned Government Pleader took time for getting instructions on 09.06.2015. But, till today when the matter is listed, he did not receive any instructions.
In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution to the cardholders, so long as her authorisation is valid and in force. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
