This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.149 of 2015 of Women Police Station, (WRLU) for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 342 and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act..

During hearing, it is brought to the notice of this court by the Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana and the counsel for the respondent No.2 Sri K.Niranjan Reddy that the entire investigation in this case is completed and police filed final report under Section 161

(3) Cr.P.C. and the same is taken on file and registered as C.C.No.625 of 2016 and therefore, no order need be passed by this court in this case at the crime stage.

Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
