THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.E.A.No.56 of 2009 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Learned Special Standing Counsel for Central Excise submits that since the Central Board of Excise and Customs has issued circular instructions to withdraw appeals whose monetary limit is less than Rs.15,00,000/-, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. A letter is also filed to that effect.

Permission is accorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
