THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39258 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not providing necessary police help for implementation of the interim orders granted by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendra Nagar in I.A.No.509 of 2016 in O.S.No.152 of 2016 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the fourth respondent to provide necessary police help for implementation of the interim orders referred above. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners made a representation to secure the compliance of the interim orders stated above, the fourth respondent is not providing police protection and as such, he seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to give police protection for implementation of the interim orders referred above. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners and provide police protection for implementation of the interim orders if the fourth respondent is of the view that there is any necessity to provide police protection for implementation of the interim orders, dated 26.09.2016, passed in I.A.No.509 of 2016 in O.S.No.152 of 2016. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 15.11.2016 pln
