THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 18747 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.40 of Abdullapurmet Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Rangareddy District. The authorization of the petitioner is valid as on today. While so, on 20.05.2015 the Assistant Supply Officer, Saroornagar Division, along with the Vigilance and Enforcement Officials inspected the shop, found variation in the stock of PDS rice and accordingly conducted a panchnama. On the self same charge, a show cause notice was issued on 20.06.2015 and the authorization of the petitioner was suspended pending enquiry. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In view of seriousness of the charge, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, but however, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit his explanation to the show cause notice dated 20.06.2015 within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of 30 days thereafter giving due opportunity to the petitioner and observing the principles of natural justice.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 25th June, 2015
