Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby to reduce the personal bond from Rs.1,00,000/ - to Rs.25,000/ - with two sureties, as ordered by the trial court while enlarging the petitioner on bail. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.
