Today when the matter is called for hearing, none appeared for petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Corporation submits that the writ petition is filed challenging the order of recovery dated 30.092003 and that during pendency of the above writ petition, the respondent Corporation, on its own, had withdrawn the impugned orders.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
