This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.874 of 2016 on the file of the District Judge, Eluru and transfer the same to the District Judge Court, at Rajahmundry.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar type of application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file similar type of application. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J March 13, 2017.
