Sri B. Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 28.03.2016 to the Registry stating that the petitioners intend to withdraw the writ petition. Sri Guravaiah Chowdary, learned counsel representing Sri B. Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioners, further seeks liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedies.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
