THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.25453 OF 2007 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated.12-08-2014 in W.P.No.25535 of 2005, wherein this Court has set aside the proceedings, dated 18-08-2005, and remanded the case for fresh consideration by the District Revenue Officer, Karimanagar. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same.

In view of the said submission, following the said order, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof while remanding the matter to the 1st respondent- District Revenue Officer, Karimanagar for fresh consideration. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
