HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO M.A.C.M.A No.1166 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

It is a claimant's appeal against the award dated 23.01.2003 in O.P.No.1307 of 2000 passed by the Chairman, MACT-cum-District Judge, Nalgonda seeking enhancement on the ground that the compensation of Rs.72,200/- awarded by the Tribunal for the injuries suffered by the claimant is not just and reasonable. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2/ Insurance Company addressed his arguments. There is no representation on behalf of appellant, though he is represented by his Counsel. Though the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal" but there is no representation on behalf of appellant. Hence, this MACMA is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
