Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file the appeal as provided under the statute.

Recording the said submission, permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file the appeal as provided under the statute. Having regard to the nature of matter, the appellate authority concerned shall dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of filing of the appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
