Shiva Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has already been reinstated into service, as such, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
