Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in not releasing the sale deed in respect of the property bearing Shop No.G3, Afia Plaza, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, which was registered in favour of the petitioner vide Document No.P/1789/2009 by terming it as "pending Registration" as arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record a letter No.248/GoI/15, dated 19.12.2015 received by him from the office of the Joint Sub-Registrar-6, Golconda, Hyderabad, wherein it has been mentioned that the pending document bearing No.1789 of 2009 was admitted for registration as No.3699 of 2009. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition, and accordingly the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
