The prayer in the main writ petition and interim application is one and the same. This Court already passed interim order on 17-10-2012, which reads as follows: "There shall be an interim direction to the Commissioner of Sugarcane, Andhra Pradesh to consider the petitioner's representations dated 9-6-2012 and 4-7-2012 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 17-10-2012.
