Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders dated 12.08.2014, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22986 of 2014 are complied with by the respondent authorities and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case.

In view of the said submission, permission is accorded. Accordingly, Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed.
