Reddy Srinivas, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON Nos. 28642 and 28653 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri K. R. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners in these two cases, states that pursuant to the order dated 01.08.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.2642 of 2016 and batch, the petitioners also made representations to the authorities in relation to their request transfers and pursuant thereto, the authorities passed orders rejecting their representations. That being so, the petitioners have a fresh cause of action if they are aggrieved by the orders now stated to have been passed by the authorities and they would necessarily have to seek redressal thereof independently by way of separate proceedings in accordance with law. Leaving it open to the petitioners to do so, these writ petitions are dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
