It arises out of the order dated.17-04-2012 passed in I.A.No.374 of 2012 in O.S.No.439 of 2009 on the file of the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool. A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 02-07-2018 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
