The petitioners 1 to 9/accused Nos.2 to 10 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused Nos.2 to 10 in C.C.No.223 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ramannapet, Nalgonda District, which is outcome of crime No.56 of 2017 of Choutuppal Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Probition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace including compromise of the civil suit in OS.No.3161 of 2015 on the file of VIII Junior Civil Judge, CCC, Hyderabad through Lok-Adalat and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused Nos.2 to 10 in C.C.No.223 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ramannapet, Nalgonda District are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
