THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 36899 OF 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in opening the Rowdy Sheet against the petitioner bearing No.98 of 2014 by the respondent No.3 is arbitrary and illegal and against the settled legal principles as well as contrary to the police Standing Order 742 and consequently issue a direction to delete the name of the petitioner from Rowdy Sheet opened by the 3rd respondent forthwith and to pass such other order or orders appropriate in the case."

2. When the matter is called for, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this court to permit the petitioner herein make a representation before the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance.

3. Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner herein to submit a representation before the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance and thereafter, the same shall be considered by the 3rd respondent herein in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.
