Ms.Vasavi Ratna Kumari, holding for Mr. K.Sarvabhoma Rao, requests the Court to permit her to withdraw the writ petition as the original cause of action does not survive, and if any grievance the petitioner has the petitioner may be given liberty to pursue the legal remedies.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by accepting the above request. No order as to costs.
