HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9306 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners filed revision under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act") against the order dated 05-02-2015 along with stay petition in Case No.A2/885/2011, whereby the 4th respondent-R.D.O. upset the mutation order passed in favour of the writ petitioners. The said case was transferred by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent after bifurcation of the districts. The 3rd respondent is neither taking-up the revision nor the stay petition. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that after obtaining permission from the District Collector the subject lands, which were assigned prior to 1954 was purchased but by virtue of order passed by the impugned order in the revision, the respondents are trying to delete the names of the petitioners.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and learned counsel for the respondents 6 and 7. Since revision along with stay petition is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent either to dispose of the stay petition or the revision. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition in the

revision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, status-quo regarding entries of the subject property shall be maintained.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
