No representation for the petitioner. Mr.Venkat Diwakar, appearing for 2nd respondent submits that the petitioner with the conclusion of sale has availed the remedy of Claim Petition No.2 of 2009 before the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Golconda Division, Hyderabad.

Since the petitioner has already availed the remedy of claim petition before the competent authority, it appears the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.
