This writ petition is filed challenging inaction of the 3rd respondent, Station House Officer, Valigonda Police Station, in granting the Police aid for smooth and peaceful procession and performance of "Pradakshinas" around EEDAMMA TEMPLe, situated at Mogilipaka Village, Valigonda Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that grievance of the petitioner was redressed by providing necessary Police aid.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
