THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31094 OF 2010 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up today, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein will make an application to the respondents for redressal of its grievance and necessary direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the same as per law. The said request is not opposed.

Having regard to the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to make necessary application before the respondents for redressal of his grievance, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and if any such application is made, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents, in accordance with law, within four weeks thereafter. Till such time, interim order dated 10.12.2010 passed in W.P. M.P. No.31094 of 2010 shall continue. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
