This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1213 of 2015 in C.C.No.172 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
