This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking the Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in the event of his arrest in connection with the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.No.144 of 2026 in D.V.C.No.18 of 2014 dated 07.04.2026 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thorrur.

Petitioner is respondent No.1 in D.V.C.No.18 of 2014 and he is apprehending arrest for the alleged non-compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.No.144 of 2026 in D.V.C.No.18 of 2014 dated 07.04.2026. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not appear before the Court due to unavoidable

circumstances and prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is ready to comply with any of the condition imposed by this Court.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1- State. 4.

Per contra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 - State strongly opposed the petition contending that the petitioner has not complied with the interim/final orders passed in the D.V.C. and prayed this court to dismiss the criminal petition. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is ordered to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crl.M.P.No.144 of 2026 in D.V.C.No.18 of 2014 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thorrur. The Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner, if any, shall stand recalled/suspended upon appearance of the petitioner before the said Court. The petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when required. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
