Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.69 of Kalyandurg Town and Mandal, Anantapuram District. The authorization of the petitioner is subsisting till 31.03.2016. The Inspecting Team inspected the shop on 12.05.2015 and submitted a report through the Tahsildar, Kalyandurg, on the same day to the 2nd respondent. Based on the said report, the 2nd respondent framed four charges against the petitioner and suspended her authorization for a period of 90 days pending enquiry. The statement of the petitioner was also recorded and a panchanama was conducted at the time of inspection. Challenging the order of suspension, this writ petition is filed. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order at this stage, as the petitioner has a right of filing a reply to the authorities and facing the enquiry.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit her explanation to the authorities within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent shall complete the enquiry following the principles of natural justice and the binding decisions of this Court and pass a final order within 30 days thereafter.

3. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 3rd June, 2015 cbs
