HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7867 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted application dated 11.09.2014 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 2nd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.92 cents in R.S.No.287/2, Ac.0.34 cents in R.S.No.291/4, and Ac.0.31 cents in R.S.No.293/4, situated at Borragudem Village, Hamlet of Chandragudem Village, Mylavaram Mandal, Krishna District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 11.09.2014 is stated to be pending before the respondent authorities, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
