In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.216 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, arising out of the offence under Section 406 IPC. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad, and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 04.04.2016.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
