This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in rejecting affiliation to the approved courses of the first petitioner institution and for a direction to the first respondent to forthwith grant affiliation to the petitioners for the academic year 2015-2016 in regard to all the courses approved by the fifth respondent for the current academic year 2015-2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No.19770 of 2015 and batch dated 07.07.2015. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No.19770 of 2015 and batch dated 07.07.2015. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
