THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16159 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 4 respectively and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, in view of the earlier orders of this Court in W.P.No.25305 of 2010 and 15293 of 2008, dated 23.09.2015, the respondent authorities will pass an order afresh on the application of the petitioner herein and the present impugned order can be set aside. The said statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, allowed, setting aside the impugned order, dated 20.12.2017, and the respondent authorities shall pass appropriate speaking orders on the application of the petitioner herein, dated 31.01.2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
