This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, seeking a direction to the Court of learned VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to dispose of I.A.No.654 of 2019 in O.S.No.704 of 2019, pending on its file, expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant and perused the record.

Having argued for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant would submit that the subject Interlocutory Application is being adjourned from time to time by the Court below. If a direction is given to the Court below to dispose of the subject Interlocutory Application expeditiously, that would meet the ends of justice. 4 .

Under these circumstances, since the subject interlocutory application is pending for considerable time, the learned VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.654 of 2019 in O.S.No.704 of 2019, pending on its file, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
