HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11377 OF 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in interfering with the cell tower erected by the petitioner company in Survey No.140, Pardha Saradhinagar, Mandapeta, East Godavari District, without issuing any notice whatsoever and without following due process of law, as arbitrary and illegal.

This Court on 21.04.2011, while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction to the respondent not to interfere with the tower erected by the petitioner company in Sy.No.140, Pardha Saradhinagar, Mandapeta, East Godavari district, without following due process of law.

It is also brought to my notice that this Court in similar circumstances, disposed of WP.No.21770 of 2010, on 24.07.2015. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 24.07.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.21770 of 2010. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
