Heard both sides.

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the nature of accusation made in the FIR, It is considered that a thorough investigation is required to be made by the concerned police. Therefore, the Police of Eluru Rural Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari District, are directed to complete the investigation expeditiously and file the report. However, having regard to the submission of learned counsel for petitioner/A1, the Police of Eluru Rural Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari District, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C during the course of investigation. Petitioner/A1 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
