THE HON'BLE SRI .'USTICE MI'MMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2 4826 of 2022 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The petitioner claims to be absolute owner and possessor of agriculture iand admeasuring Acs'4 ' I 1 guntas in R.S.Nos.B8/A I I I a, SBI Aal I and 1 10/E of Muddunuru Viilage, Tallada Mandal, Khammam District. After introduction of the system of Dharani Portal, out of the said extent of Acs'4'11 guntas, only an extent of Acs.3.39 guntas of land was updated in the name of the petitioner in online revenue records and the balance extent of Ac.o.12 guntas is not updated' 3.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the said extent of land was purchased by the petitioner under a sadabinama dated 27 .O4 .2OO7 and since then the petitioner claimed to have been in possession of the said extent of land. According to learned counsel, on verification of the possession
over the subject land, the petitioner found that the respondents have updated only Acs.3.39 guntas of land in stead of Acs.4.I 1 guntas. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made an application/ representation dated 24.O1.2022 before respondent No.4 requesting to update the balance extent of Ac.O.12 guntas of land also in her name. However, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, the said application is till pending consideration with respondent No.4'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that after introduction of Dharani Portal, the physical/manual applications are dispensed with and only the applications made through online Dharani Portal would be considered by the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make online application .for updation of the land belonging to the petitioner under proper module on Dharani Portal and on filing such application by the petitioner, respondent No.2 shall consider the said application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of
eight weeks from the date of receipt of submission of the application bY the Petitioner.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand ciosed.
