HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.1 5 8 8 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 and A.Sheshadri for respondent No.3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners along with other villagers submitted a representation to the respondents 23.03.2018 seeking redressal of their grievance, but no action has been taken on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the official respondents to verify the said representation and to take action as per law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to verify the representation dated 23.03.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
