THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.1143 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed seeking to punish the respondents 1 to 3 for their wilful violation and deliberate in-obedience to the orders of this Court, dated 23.04.2015, passed in W.P. No.12102 of 2015. When the matter came up for hearing on 01.07.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and no representation was made on his behalf. Hence, this Court directed to post the matter to next week, under the caption for dismissal. On 16.07.2015 also the matter was adjourned for four weeks since there was no representation. Today also learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
