- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15847 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that they have inherited the land to an extent of Ac.13.11 guntas in Sy.No.431 of Chandrupatla Village, Kalluru Mandal, Khammam District, from their grandfather Late Parigadupu Gopaiah and were in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same, which is the only source of their livelihood. Accordingly, petitioners requested for mutation of their names in the revenue records by entering their names in the place of their grand father. As their request was not considered by the authorities, petitioners submitted written representation along with application in Form VI-A through Mee-Seva on 09.02.2018 for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. But so far no order communicating mutation of their names is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

3.

As per the material placed on record on 09.02.2018 the application of the petitioners was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Kalluru Mandal, Khammam District, shall consider the application of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioners, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
