It is agreed that similar WP.No.26022 of 2024 is pending consideration and point involved cannot be decided in an in-house mechanism. Therefore, this review application may be allowed and the matter may be posted with WP.No.26022 of 2024.

In view of consensus arrived at, the order dated 02.01.2025 in WP.No.17916 of 2024 is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, this Review Application is disposed of.

Registry is directed to keep a copy of this order in the original Writ Petition.
