As none appeared for the petitioners on 20.10.2017, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed on 27.10.2017 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, though the Writ Petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal", neither Sri N.Ravi Prasad, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, is present nor is there any representation on his behalf.
