HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29672 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.4, in providing police protection to the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.10.00 in Sy.No.548/15/1 situate at Aliya Thanda, Usirikayalapalli Village, Singareni Mandal, Khammam District, despite the order dated 12.07.2017 in I.A.No.164 of 2017 in I.A.No.95 of 2011 in O.S.No.122 of 2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, is questioned in the Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Home(TS) on instructions, would submit that, on receipt of the order dated 12.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.164 of 2017 in I.A.No.95 of 2011 in O.S.No.122 of 2011 by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, respondent No.4 is ready to provide police protection to the suit schedule lands in O.S.No.122 of 2011 as long as the orders are in force; and issued notice dated 30.07.2017 to the petitioner.

The cause has since been redressed, nothing survives for adjudication. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
